- You will recieve your shipments in two parts; the foam and the cover. We compress the foam for shipping to your location. Please inspect the packaging to make sure it was not damaged in shipping.

- Returns & Replacements
- We will gladdly accept returns. Please call our customer care first so we can best assist you in the return of your product. We will happily exchange unused covers for a cover that fits your needs.

- We make ordering simple and easy. Click on your product select the color and fill in the quanity then click add to cart. You will be taken to the check out screen where you can fill in your shipping and payment information. After succeesful completetion we will ship you Simply Sack Chair out to you.
